Rest assured that you're in very capable hands and after recently celebrating our 15th Birthday along with hosting over 200,000 websites, we have a lot of experience to ensure your transition to Krystal is handled smoothly.

Your website will remain online:
Hosting services and domain registrations already paid for will be honoured until their current renewal date. Renewals will be handled by us, with pricing detailed below. Nothing will be migrating yet, we'll contact you with details about moving onto our platform in the future. We will however be taking care of that on your behalf.
We've setup a client account for you:
You can now login with your email address at https://krystal.uk/client/ - from here you'll be able to manage your hosting services, domain names, contacts and card details if you'd like automatic billing (see below). Your login details will be the same as the ones you used to login to Blue Earth previously however you can reset your password here if required.
We'd like to get to know you:
Whilst we have imported all the details from Blue Earth into our system, it's important that your details are up to date. To update your details you can visit the following link: https://krystal.uk/client/account/profile/
Add a card for uninterrupted service:
As both Krystal and Blue Earth share the same payment provider for card payments, users currently paying by card will be automatically shifted over to our system. We also accept bank transfers so for users who prefer to pay via Bank Transfer, the details can be found on any invoice raised from ourselves.
Action required:
We don't support recurring payments via PayPal. If you pay Blue Earth via PayPal, please login at https://krystal.uk/client/ and set up a card payment. You can also make one-off payments via PayPal if desired.
