As you will be aware, in May, Squirrel hosting merged with Krystal.
Since the merger took place, over 60% of Squirrel clients have now successfully migrated from Squirrel's older hosting platform to Krystal's newer, faster and more reliable platform, taking advantage of new features we have to offer.
To help with your move, we have a self-service and fully automated system in place called KARMA (Krystal Automated Retrieval & Migration Assistant)
You can access KARMA from your Krystal Client Area and complete the migration at a time that suits you, of course, we've got your back - should anything go wrong an automated support ticket will be raised and we will step in and help get things back on track.
From the 10th September 2018 we will begin to schedule and complete any remaining migrations to ensure that all customers can receive their new account benefits and so that we can look to decommission in full the older Squirrel hosting platform.
The migration process will be managed by our dedicated support team, who will be in touch if there are any issues, however, rest assured, the process has been designed to be as seamless as possible, limiting any potential for downtime or disruption to your hosting service.
