Dear Customer,
Britain’s transition period with the EU is coming to an end on January 1st, 2021.
As a result we’ve updated our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Hosting Acceptable Use Policy to make sure that our services stay compliant with both UK and EU law. We’ve also taken the opportunity to tidy up these documents to make sure they are as clear as possible.

These updates do not negatively impact the privacy or security of your data and we remain committed to the highest levels of data protection.

Terms and Conditions
If you order or renew services in December, the updates will come into effect at the point of purchase/renewal. Otherwise, they’ll come into effect on January 1st, 2021.
Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy
The changes to the AUP and the Privacy Policy come into effect today.
