As I focus on my new role as Krystal’s CEO, I want to take a moment to reflect on everything we’ve achieved together this year. 

We migrated all hosting clients onto our own ultra-fast cloud platform, Katapult, while completing our move to the brand-new Netwise East data facility. We also implemented CSAT scoring to measure and improve client satisfaction, sponsored climate events around the country and launched .eco domains - now available for sustainability-focused businesses and organisations. None of this would have been possible without you, our valued clients.

Which brings us nicely onto our support times over the festive period.

Christmas Support Times

Hosting & Managed cPanel Servers

  • Phones and Live Chat: Closed from 17:00 on Friday, 20th December, reopening at 09:00 on Monday, 6th January.

  • Emergency Phone Support: Emergency calls will be answered throughout the Christmas period 24/7.

  • Tickets: Support remains available throughout the holidays, tickets being answered from 06:00 until Midnight.

Managed Services

  • Change Freeze: No major changes or new projects between 17:00 on Friday, 13th December, and 09:00 on Monday, 6th January.

  • Emergency Support Only: Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December) and New Year’s Day (1st January).

  • Reduced Team: 23rd–31st December, with standard support hours but slightly longer response times for non-urgent requests.
