Over the past seven years as COO, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to Krystal’s growth and evolution, and I’m excited to build on Simon’s legacy of prioritising people, the planet, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Krystal implements CSAT and shares satisfaction score |
I’m also excited to share that Krystal has implemented customer satisfaction scoring (CSAT) to further enhance our customer focus. With CSAT, we’re able to capture real-time feedback from you, our clients, and use it to drive meaningful improvements. This helps us continually refine our service to ensure we meet - and exceed - your expectations every time. Our customer satisfaction score directly reflects how happy you are with our current service. It isn’t just about fixing issues; it’s about deepening our understanding of your needs and refining
