As part of our move to Netwise East, we're upgrading all our standalone physical servers to virtual servers running on Katapult, our in-house purpose built cloud platform. This will result in significant improvements in the performance, reliability and resilience of your service. If you've yet to move, we'll notify you roughly one month in advance. In our last newsletter, we announced that we were trialling a 4-day working week for the weekday Support team. We had hoped that the extra time off would reduce stress and make staff happier and more productive. Unfortunately, we found the opposite was true. The team is now back to 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Despite not going the way we hoped, the trial has helped us improve - find out how in our dedicated blog post. We're supportive of a 4 day working week, it just didn't work for us with staff that are needed to support clients.
