Krystal joins 1% for the Planet
|
|
1% for the Planet is a global movement with a mission to accelerate smart environmental giving. It inspires businesses and individuals to support environmental solutions through annual membership and everyday actions. 1% for the Planet member businesses give at least 1% of their annual sales directly to approved environmental partners. We absorb the cost of this entirely ourselves. Krystal actually donates closer to 2.5% and just by using Krystal services, you’re helping us support and protect our planet.

4-day working week trial well underway
|

For the last couple months, Krystal has been trialling a 4-day working week. Since June 1st, our support team members have been working 20% fewer hours for the same pay offering the same excellent level of service. We also hoped that with reduced working hours staff would come to work more energised. In turn this should make Krystal even more popular with clients and prospective staff (psst...we're hiring!). We look forward to sharing the results with you after the trial ends in December!
