We just wanted to let you know that from March 1st, 2021 we will be updating the price of cPanel licenses. This is to bring us in line with cPanel's own price changes. Please note that cPanel has enforced this on all its partners and it is a further change from last year's increase.

Bulk account and Server prices
Bulk accounts are defined by cPanel as any account created over the 100 account limit. From March 1st, 2021, each additional account over this 100 limit will be charged at £0.18, up from £0.10.
For servers using over 100 accounts, additional costs are calculated automatically on a monthly basis. You can find the live number of accounts in your WHM control panel under 'List Accounts'.
Below is an example of the cPanel license costs for a server with 1,000 accounts. It shows current pricing alongside the updated pricing that comes into effect on March 1st, 2021:

Help and advice
In many cases, it's possible to reduce the number of accounts on your server, particularly if you have test accounts or old accounts that are now redundant. We recommend that you remove any accounts no longer required or that can be manually moved under other existing accounts.
You could also try migrating to one of our reseller plans if your sites no longer need a virtual/dedicated server. We're more than happy to help and give advice around this if needed.
Once again, we're saddened to have been put in a position where we have to pass on these additional costs to you, our valued customers. Along with many of our friends and partners in the hosting industry, we fought against these changes. Here at Krystal, we're working hard on our own control panel which we look forward to sharing with you in the future.
