Krystal Support during Christmas
 

Over the Christmas season we like to give our hardworking team of Krystal elves a well-deserved break. However, we will still provide 24/7 customer service and respond to support tickets as normal.

There will be some slight changes to our support cover over the festive period:

• Phone enquiries will be unavailable:
  • From 18:00 on 18th December 2020 until 09:00 on 4th January 2021.
• Live chat will be switched off:
  • From 18:00 on 20th December 2020 until 06:00 on 28th December 2020
  • From 00:00 on 30th December 2020 until 06:00 on 4th January 2021.

If your service includes emergency phone support this will of course still be provided throughout this period.
