Ordos Outage

Dear {$client_first_name}, As you are no doubt aware Ordos suffered an outage earlier today. The outage was caused by an R1Soft process that started overwriting key parts of the Operating System. As a result the system corrupted and wouldn't reboot. We've never seen this behaviour before and are in contact with R1Soft to try and stop it happening again. Our technical team worked all morning to restore the system and as of 12:30 Ordos was back online and healthy. No user data has been lost. Any emails that were sent during the outage to Ordos will have been queued and arrive throughout today. We fully appreciate an outage of this length is unacceptable and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have credited your account with 2 month's worth of hosting. You shouldn't pay for this month and next month is on us too. We know this can't make up for the disruption caused but we hope you'll accept this gesture of goodwill. We value your custom.
